Summer Group Coaching: New for 2010!

Kinney Multisport has your answer. We’ll provide you with a customized training plan tailored to your fitness level, coupled with the advantage of training in a group atmosphere throughout the summer.

Our USAT Sanctioned, four month group training program begins June 1, 2010. You and your fellow Kinney Multisport athletes will have 22+ scheduled coach led group workouts, consisting of pool/open water swims, bike rides, bike/run bricks and run workouts.

Benefits of joining Kinney Multisport for the 2010 Summer Group Training:

  • Comprehensive initial consultation, in which we’ll discuss your athletic history, goal setting, personal/work/family schedule and conduct a nutritional analysis and determine your sport specific limiters.
  • Custom training schedule based on your personal level of fitness in all 3 disciplines.
  • Heart rate training zones for biking & running (heart rate monitor is required).
  • (2) Computerized, non-invasive lactate threshold heart rate cycling test.
  • Unlimited email and phone access to your coach.
  • 22 Coach led group trainings throughout the summer.
  • 12 scheduled Thursday, or Friday, evening open water swims*.
  • Training and racing nutrition consultation.
  • Race strategy/planning consultation.
  • Weekly training plan analysis and alterations, if necessary.
  • Personal workoutlog.com account** with your daily trainings emailed to your computer, PDA or email enabled cell phone.
  • Ability of Garmin and Polar HR monitor (certain models only) users to upload training files to their online account for review by their coach.

Costs: $149/Month + $125 Initial Consultation/Testing Fee (3 month minimum).

Sign up by 5/15/2010 and receive a comprehensive bike fit with computerize pedal stroke analysis FREE ($100 Value).

Current Kinney Multisport Athletes will have their initial consult/testing fee waived.
