Get ready for your summer goals. During these focused Tuesday sessions until August 30th, you'll do whole body strength training and run exercises to balance your strengths and weaknesses to become an all-around well trained athlete. The goal is to keep you fit, energized and toned while “on the road".
Duration: 75 minutes
Where: Various locations from week to week with easy access to the East Bay.
Fee: $10 per session drop in or $100 for a 10 pack (11th session complimentary).
Equipment: Water bottle, towel, and a positive attitude.
