Strength Training Circuit and Run Intervals

Get ready for your summer goals. During these focused Tuesday sessions until August 30th, you'll do whole body strength training and run exercises to balance your strengths and weaknesses to become an all-around well trained athlete. The goal is to keep you fit, energized and toned while “on the road".

Duration: 75 minutes

Where: Centennial Park on Westside Drive in San Ramon. The park is on Westside Drive just past Foster Drive, behind the Lucky Supermarket located on the corner of Alcosta Blvd. & San Ramon Valley Blvd. 

Fee: $10 per session drop in or $100 for a 10 pack (11th session complimentary).

Equipment: Water bottle, towel, and a positive attitude.
