- 8:00am Swim Start at Johnson’s Beach in Guerneville, CA. After the swim plan on a quick transition to drive to Windsor High School, CA from where the bike ride will begin followed by a transition run.
- Please look at your schedule to see the particulars for your workout. I suggest sourcing a cooler for keeping additional nutrition and hydration cold for starting your ride, between bike and run and for post workout.
- The temperatures are currently forecast for the high 50s for the swim to low 80s for bike and run. These are not extreme conditions, it will give you an opportunity to continue developing your nutrition & hydration plan, as well as practice your pacing strategy for race day.
