Get ready for your summer goals. During these focused Tuesday sessions, you'll do whole body strength training and run exercises to balance your strengths and weaknesses to become an all-around well trained athlete. The goal is to keep you fit, energized and toned while “on the road".
Duration: 75 minutes
Where: Various locations from week to week with easy access to the East Bay.
Fee: $15 per session drop in or $12 for a 10 pack.
Equipment: Water bottle, towel, and a positive attitude.
