75 Minute Circuit Strength Training Session that is accompanied by Integrated Run Intervals or split as a 30 Minute Circuit Strength Training Session with 45 Minute Spin on alternating week.
- Class: Functional Strength & Core Training with Run Intervals or Indoor Spin Session.
- Description: To improve aerobic conditioning and strength, we will combine mobility exercises, strength, coordination training, run intervals, or spin workouts, and having fun! Come ready to jump, lunge, push, press, run and sweat your way to fitness. Every other week we substitute a 45 minute indoor spin workout to accompany the strength component.
- Athlete Equipment: Towel, full water bottle, running shoes, bike, bike gear and stationary trainer, heart rate monitor optional.
- When: Every Tuesday Evening 6:30 - 7:45pm (October 4th, 2016 through March 15th, 2017)
- Dates Excluded: 10/25, 11/22, 12/27/2016 & 1/3/2017
- Fee: $15 drop in or pack of 10 for $150 (11th complimentary)
