Open Water Swim / Long Run

  • 8:30am Start a Shadow Cliffs, Pleasanton. Please arrive on time to begin swimming at 8:30am.
  • Ensure you look at your schedule to see the particulars for your swim. 
  • If you also have a run prescribed, you can complete that from Shadow Cliffs if you desire. Temperatures should get into the high 70s to mid 80s on Sunday. This is perfect for practicing your pacing and hydration/nutrition and electrolyte intake during a longer run.
  • Please remember to sign in with the ORCAs clipboard located on the back of the kiosk as you enter the park.
