Each Wednesday we will lead a 90 minute long interval bike workout in CRUfit's indoor cycling studio. You can choose between one of their spin bikes with a built in power meter, or bring your own bike and ride with power via one of the Wahoo Kickr trainers. Please arrive early to adjust the bike to your settings, or hook up your own bike to the Wahoo Kickr.
