1/2 cup nutbutter (peanut or almond, natural kind)
1/3 cup brown rice syrup
1/2 cup whey protein isolate (Chocolate or Vanilla)
1 Package of organic instant oatmeal
1/4 cup Currants or Raisins (can substitute shredded coconut)
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Add more protein powder if you needed to hold the mixture together.
Sprinkle salt on top. (Note: Makes 10 balls, ~170 cal)
