Coaching is an investment in yourself that allows you to maximize your potential as an athlete. Our coaching philosophy provides you with structure, accountability, expert guidance and feedback that will help motivate you to attain your fitness goals. Consider the amount of money you spend on equipment and gear, race entry fees, travel, gym memberships, training books and ask yourself if you are getting the most out of the dollars you are investing. Your time is valuable, let a coach help you better manage your available training time. We can't all be a professional athlete, but we can obtain the performance enhancing benefits of training with a personal coach. Lance Armstrong and Michael Jordan, among others, attribute their success to their coaches and mentors. Even Oprah Winfrey was able to run a 4:29 marathon with professional coaching. But, you don't need Oprah's bank account to hire a coach of your own. Kinney Multisport provides many affordable training options.

2012 Partnerships

We are pleased to announce a partnership with GU Energy as the exclusive fuel & hydration supplier for Kinney Multisport.  From 1991 until today, athletes the world over have come to the same conclusion: GU works. The Berkeley-based sports nutrition company started with their original GU Energy Gel, a revolutionary and more effective method to keep athletes fueled during exercise. Since then, GU has continued to improve the recipe, incorporating the latest scientific research into its products. In 2001, GU Electrolyte Brew (formerly Gu2o) was launched as the perfect hydration companion to GU Energy Gel. 2008 saw the introduction of Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Gel, followed by Chomps Energy Chews and GU Recovery Brew in 2009. Every product is formulated to further GU’s mission: to help athletes go faster and longer than ever before.
