Train Smarter, Not Harder!   At Kinney Multisport our philosophy is to achieve a balance between an athlete’s personal life and training. Why Do I Need a Coach? Coaching is an investment in yourself that allows you to maximize your potential as an athlete. Our coaching philosophy provides you with structure, accountability, expert guidance and feedback that will help motivate you to attain your fitness goals.
Programs for any Athlete Kinney Multisport exists to provide you, the athlete, an uncompromised level of training and expert advice while balancing your ultimate athletic goals with your personal life.  We offer services to triathletes, cyclists, runners, adventure racers and motorsport athletes.

Welcome

Coaching is an investment in yourself that allows you to maximize your potential as an athlete. Our coaching philosophy provides you with structure, accountability, expert guidance and feedback that will help motivate you to attain your fitness goals. Consider the amount of money you spend on equipment and gear, race entry fees, travel, gym memberships, training books and ask yourself if you are getting the most out of the dollars you are investing. Your time is valuable, let a coach help you better manage your available training time. We can't all be a professional athlete, but we can obtain the performance enhancing benefits of training with a personal coach. Lance Armstrong and Michael Jordan, among others, attribute their success to their coaches and mentors. Even Oprah Winfrey was able to run a 4:29 marathon with professional coaching. But, you don't need Oprah's bank account to hire a coach of your own. Kinney Multisport provides many affordable training options.
