Consulting vs. Coaching

Consulting:

We want you to be in control of your own life. True strength and power come from when you decide that you want to optimize your life. We are here to guide and support you while you take full control, ownership and responsibility for your thought’s choices and actions… your life!

Coaching:

When you have a coach, you are giving over control to someone else who writes a programs and tell you what to do. We don’t believe by giving over control that you will reach your true potential.

Premium Tier:

$825/month for intermediate/advanced level athletes + $375 for the one time Initial Consultation/INSCYD Testing Fee.

This is a perfect option for the passionate amateur or elite athlete or those with very challenging work and life schedules. This program is highly restricted to a select number of athletes to maintain quality.

  • We focus on training, nutrition, and recovery based on your unique and changing physiology, to optimize your performance and reduce negative symptoms during perimenopause or post menopause.

  • Basic nutrition guidelines based on training load for perimenopause or post menopause.

  • Strength training program for female athletes designed to optimize bone, muscle, and metabolic health.

Training and Performance in Each Phase of your menstrual cycle:

What we offer for women working around their menstrual cycle ($399 per month):

  •  Adjusting training sessions to leverage how your body responds to stress according to the hormonal fluctuations of your menstrual cycle.

  • Your responsibility: Tracking your cycle. You can do this either via Training Peaks or an app.
